I'm wishing I knew what was up exactly with TouchPal from Cootek. This soft keyboard was quickly becoming a fan favorite on WinMo phones especially for portrait use. Back in August they released a port for Android but later pulled it. They said they have a contract to do an OEM version for some Android device and they contractually couldn't release their general port until that OEM version got out. They won't give any further specifics or dates. They've missed the boat on a lot of sales since the Droid came out so that OEM deal must be lucrative. Meanwhile Swype might become the killer keyboard.
