Its really the updated CDMA_RSSI_PPC dll that is causing the problem. So you can either disable those features via reg or use an older version. (which is why using a custom taskbar also fixed the problem as it replaces this file)

thx! it's not the kitchen, I get errors too on some .nbh files....I'm no expert, but I've have better success decompiling official roms, more trouble w/ custom roms.
