My 2nd warranty replacement just arrived in the mail. Same as last time - dpad faceplate is sticking way off. What a bunch of idiots. The phone is obviously defective before they even put it in the box to send it. What terrible quality control.

When I called the guy said I would have to bring it into the store to have it verified. So wish me luck, hopefully someone in the store can do something.

Maybe they'll give me a Droid instead.
