Yeah, I vouch for what Art said.
In fact, I believe I was on my 4th TP when the manager at my Corp store finally did a Priority 5 exchange for a Nib TP2. I don't think it was ever done there b/c the rep who helped me yesterday was shock I was getting a new TP2 and actaully asked the tech, "Is he really getting this?" before activating it for me.
It's all good now.
