Haven't flashed to the new ROM so not sure there, but the SIP changer only works for a little while for me, after a while the software keyboard will not open at all, I click the little keyboard icon and nothing opens. It takes like a day before this happens and a soft reset fixes it and it's back to swype (which I love btw, the swyping is cool but it's a very nice keyboard just for regular typing as well) so it's no big deal, just thought I'd mention it in case there's a known fix.
