I received my shiny, black Jawbone in the mail last week. All in all, I am very disappointed. The fit is terrible, even after trying every combination of ear hook and ear bud. It fits loosely on my face, so much so that I find myself pressing it into my ear during a call so that I can hear the person on the other end. Every person I have spoken to has complained that he or she could barely hear me. On top of that, the "Noise Shield" technology doesn't shield any background noise from people I talk with. Each person I asked was easily able to detect what I was doing while on the call (opening mail, typing, listening to the radio, etc.) Perhaps it's just my headset, who knows.

Because I purchased it directly from Jawbone.com, I have 30 days to return it for a full refund. Now it's a toss-up between the Blueant Z9 and the Plantronics 655...
