and to set how many days of email your account should sync/download on your phone, go to Menu>Tools>Manage Folders>Tap & Hold on Inbox (or any of the folder you want to set) 'til pop-up menu appear>Folder options. This will enable you to set how much of the messages will be downloaded to you phone and specify how many days back of messages to get on your phone.

hope this helps...oh yeah...i noticed just now that my hotmail account on my phone is somehow unable to sign-in.
Not a stupid quesiton.. i've manually tried to sync and it simply doesn't sync. I have followed your instructions.. and it shows that the last day it synced was on 12/22/2009, and today is 12/23/2009.

Is it a Hotmail issue or a TP2/TMobile issue? I'm thinkin it's the first option
