They are slow to reply, many people donated multiple times to try and get a response, but it's not looking good. Very upsetting.

Also, there is an unlocked unlocker that you can use on insurance replacements to skip all the BS and headache that awaits when dealing with them. (If you can't tell, I - in addition to many, am not happy how they have handled this unlocker)

So how can i get my hands on that other Unlocker for replacement phones?
