This 4th image is after installing the Sense 2.1 CAB, HTC Task Manager CAB, and the PhoneCanvas CAB, located in the OEMCAB folder. Fully functional. The last image is Sense 2.5.

Note: Bluetooth icons will only show up after installing the PhoneCanvas CAB located in OEMCAB folder.
