In those documents we adamently defend our position that consumers have a right to view content they receive at home, through our service, without having to pay extremely high start-up or high subscription costs associated with delivering that content.

It's difficult to understand why networks would not tap into the nearly 300 million cell phones able to view our live, DVR and VOD service.
While this plays out you have two options. We continue to offer a refund of your subscription fees or you can continue to use VuiVision and your subscription rate will never increase, even as we bring on premium content and you will be credited for the down time.
