edit: Just flashed to the titanium rom from nov 22nd and still am having the same problem, can call and receive but not text any ideas?
There was a text message error from one of my earlier releases, but it was solved a long time ago. Try flashing to shipped rom then back to mine and see if that fixes it, I text all the time and haven't had a single issue with that.
