I just installed it and haven't seen the error but then again I am not sure how to make the error pop up. I know I was getting the error driving to work this morning.
To install I unzipped the file on copied to the Windows folder then soft reset.
I am on EnergyROM_21885_HERMAN_21.Dec.2009_Standard
