Go to Contacts -> Updates and Events -> Wait a couple seconds -> At the top it should say X contacts linked, and just hit it and it will link ALL your contacts, or at least the ones you want that it found a match for, at once.
Make sure you're signed in first, obviously.

That was me who was "complaining" about linking my facebook contacts. I tried what you suggested and i don't see anything that says x contacts linked. I'm on 28014.
