21882 is a 6.5 build, it has the x on the top right, and the normal buttons and menus. the 6.5 builds are not as buggy as the 6.5.x builds in many ways and IMO 21882 is "the best" because it does not have the issues that 28002, 28005, 28008. 28011,.and 28014 seem to have with messaging, mail, freezing, and other such things.
it is a very solid 6.5 build because it does have bigger, finger friendly menus, its very fast and responsive, not buggy, and good battery life.
also just to clarify, the 28xxx aren't "newer" that the 21xxx builds, just different, as both are releasing new builds weekly
