+1 works wonders for power hungry headphones.

Its actually an 10 band eq but if u bump up 9 of them you can get some decent volume outa most headsets. The 32hz slider does not really need adjusted as most headphones can't accuraty play that freq and will result in distortion. If hooked up to a car radio via an aux or tape deck it might give you some bass boost. But be careful of pushing them 2 far up as it can lead to audio clipping.
