Two years ago they pulled something like this to me when I bought a new phone at full price.... I did as was suggested and called retentions and they not only gave me the recurring $20 but they also paid my bill for that month. Kind of cool. At the end Sprint is like any other big company, they are always looking to make a profit so it really is on us to make sure that they are being fair.
