Programs that do not have a today screen option are a little harder to add.
I was able to add in the Pointui and Androkkid options.
If you installed the cab from the
above post. Replace the "Shell TF3D Titanium Switcher.mscr" file located in the "\Program Files\TF3D Switcher" folder with the attached.
EDIT I made it into a cab with more finger friendly buttons
