when this happened i think i eventually just ran over the cab file, but now the 'unlocked' kitchen i use just has it built in...
tbh i don't think you should need to change anything in the settings anymore.
it is early in the morning here and my phone is sitting next to my g/f so lemme know if you still need this and ill get it to you this evening when i am at work, assuming i still have it on my sd card. taken from another ppcgeeks
thread

Once it is installed you go to Inbox -> Menu -> MMS Options -> Servers -> and then click on the server
If it is greyed out then do this:
Use your regedit program and navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\UI
Click to open EnableServerEdit and change the key from 0 to 1. Soft reset (if you need).
Verizon MMS settings should be as follows:
Gateway: <leave blank>
Port: 9201 or 80
Server Address: http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms
Connect via: Verizon Wireless (or whatever your #777 Internet Connection is named)
Sending Size limit: whatever choices you have
WAP Version: 2.0
