Probably not, I'm afraid. I am running XP 32-bit on my desktop at home so I should have mentioned that this guide is likely only going to work with Windows XP.
However, the steps in the guide would be the same regardless of which VNC server you have running on your computer at home. If you can find a VNC server that supports Vista then you'd be all set.
