I have HTC home customizer, and my top half looks identical to that one, and I have blue icons from that program as well. I am not sure how he changed the sprint bar underneath, or how he changed the icons under the clock, but I also have not gone crazy with the HHC program. Going back to the today screen thread should be more enlightening for you, reading through ALL of it has provided me many answers!
