Dead joystick.
So a few months ago my foreign exchange student tackled me in Wal-Mart and I landed right on my 6700... all was good, until I used it in the car. It kept going to "Align Screen" and I was all like WTF. Turns out, when I landed on it, it jammed the joystick in, so it is constantly being pressed.
I cried about it for a bit, and had to return to the world of flip phones, and I currently have a Razr2 that I enjoy, but it would be nice to switch back to my PPC when I wanted. I got my PPC cheap and I can't really afford a new one, so I was looking into repairing this one.
Does anyone have any experience or information on taking apart the front assembly? There has got to be something I can do to pop the joystick back out and make it work again!
