Thanks again!
UPDATE:

Here's what's working for me:

- I'm running MightyRom Impact. With TFDetacher installed I NEVER boot to Manila, but it allows me to toggle back and forth between the two interfaces. TFDetacher loads Titanium at boot-up with 104MB free ram. TTS voices work perfectly!

-- Even with Outlook mail running in background, I'm still @ 97MB, plenty to run TTS voices.

--- Running Outlook mail PLUS Opera puts me @ 84MB, which is too low for TTS to work. Running the iGo.mscr script posted earlier in the thread, with CleanRam @ Level 3 bumps me back to 94MB and TTS works again.

If you use TFDetacher AND run the iGo.mscr script listed earlier in this thread, you MUST edit the script to NOT restart Manilla after closing iGo8. TFDetacher automatically starts "Windows Default" aka "Titanium" as default. It will not work if the script re-enables Manila. AGAIN, "Windows Default" must stay the Today/Home choice. You can always toggle back to Manila with the soft button you setup in TFDetacher.

I hope this helps someone. Please hit "Thanks" if it does.
