I had 4 Touch Pros fail in a month (touch screen failures), when the last one went I went to a Verizon store and basically told them I wasn't leaving the store without a working phone. They hemmed and hawed a while because the only two they list as "comparable" are the TP2 and the Diamond 2, but neither are carried in the store. They offered an Imagio, but I told them that wasn't comparable and suggested a Droid. It took a while, but I pay them a lot of money every month and they went for it. I've been extremely happy and will not be going back to Windows Mobile... and I've invested a fair amount of money in SW for it, Android is just light years better.
