You said you have a 64-bit OS--does the unlocker actually fail for you? My laptop has 64-bit Windows 7, and I have had to use a different PC for unlocking/flashing (or just a microSD card) since updaters just get stuck at 0% and then eventually give me an error. You may want to find a PC running a 32-bit version of Windows to save yourself a headache.
