Not really. SpinVox will convert your speech to text and then send it where you wish. CallWave is more of a voicemail box. Your callers call your cell phone, and instead of going to Sprint's voicemail, they go to your CallWave voicemail box. CallWave's software then does a crude speech to text and send you the message via email with the audio attached as an .mp3 and the text as the body of the email. (That's how I have mine setup, there are other options.)
