All I install is the certificate from work then configure e-mail, server, and domain. Let me clarify, I can sync with all ROMs. The problem is that on nearly every ROM I've flashed is that once it finishes synchronizing, I am prompted to restart. Once I restart, I can no longer install anything. I try to install a cab and get installation unsuccessful everytime. I can remove the server source and then everything will install. I then set it back up to sync, that gets annoying.
I am back on indagroove's 12/17 21885 ROM and have no trouble with syncing.
I really wish this ROM would've worked for me because everything looked really good.
