If you pay with Paypal you will get your reg code within a day or two. If you buy it from a retailer I don't think Martian ever sees the money and you don't get a reg code. It's the best program (by far) out there and I don't think we should encourage ripping off developers (especially ones that are this good). Just my two cents - sheureka
