I called today to do this as well and apparently since I paid late on my account, even though the payment is reflected and my account has no balance due at the time that I called, I have a 60 day waiting period and have to pay on time for 2 billing cycles before I can do this. They penalize you because you pay late. That's some BS right there. The rep had the audacity to ask me if I understood it.
