All my icons are changed and put in the right spots.

Even if I decide to not cook in an app that I have an xml for, it doesn't prevent the rest of the icons from being moved because each shortcut has it's own xml file. If I add a new app, I just create one new xml file.

It's tedious the first round through, but it pays off in the future.
that is the worst part about flashing for me, moving all my icons around after. can you point me in the right direction to get and use XDA UC?
