I just have to say thanks... they got back to me last night... less than 24 hours is a good turnaround time IMO. I've been using flashed roms since my Diamond I got last Sept and this was the first time I wasn't able to just unlock.

I get what they are trying to do - there is no reason that someone should be making money off of their work except them.

Maybe there are some problems with the verification system... but I imagine most are related to being impatient (I get it, I'm incredibly impatient and spent an hour yesterday trying to find a workaround). Also if you put in a support request make sure you put your IMEI or whatever it's called in the request. I'm sure many of us had flashed our TP1 and then when we got upgraded to a TP2 we'll have to get this corrected for us. My suggestion is to just bite the bullet and ask them to let you unlock your phone. If you are too impatient for that, just pay the $5 and move on.
