Since upgrading last week to the new ROM and Office update... my Exchange ActiveSync seems to not work 100%. Previously if I deleted an email on the Server it would delete on my phone almost instantaneously, and vice-versa.
Now, it will not delete until a new email comes in. Sometimes I find myself doing a Manual Sync and find there is mail waiting and that is when the other deleted items will delete form the server or the phone.
Putting an entry in my Outlook calendar syncs right away no problem.While writing this message, 2 messages came in on my Outlook/Exchange - but my Mobile still has not rec'd them.
I do not see any settings to say "on delete, sync with server" or similar.
