I had the same problem at first, however, after disconnecting the installed voice software and then reinitiating the VC 1.6 and reconnecting the BT earpiece it worked. I have had it, once since then, not accept the button again, but when I went into the bluetooth settings I found it turned off (even though the blue LED was flashing.) Since that change everything has worked great. Hope that helps. God Bless.
