how can i filter my contact list to show only my contact names and number but not all the email from windows live.

this is the problem. the first time i used windows live or the messenger all my contact email are uploaded on my contact list, so i see a mess with my contacts and emails from my messenger account all in one big list. how can i filter my contact list to show only my contact and not all of the emails that were uploaded from msn messenger. (about 200 emails)
