So I bought a mogul probably at full price when it was being offered... a long time after, it breaks and i have it replaced (antenna "died"). I get a nice white spot on screen, but guess what? No more refurbs are available. More than a month later they give me a NIB TP. Yay is me? Now I have a POS that replaced a BAD ASS phone. So I'm supposed to be sorry? I don't have a sero plan, I am premier (don't even know wtf that is other than my free monthly ringtone and other garbage i don't want/need) and i have over 13 lines on my account. So now I have to suck it up and go through N number of tp's until someone who is feeling charitable 'upgrades' me again to a device that isn't a POS?
I'm not being rude, internet people, but these are the facts of my situation. Everyone has to back up what they say, and businesses have to back up their products. If we/they don't, that's what court is for. I keep asking for a mogul because I still love that phone, despite it's memory limitations! I wish I could get it back to be honest. It was rugged, it's screen was protected with the bevel and had enough buttons to make everyone happy. But no, I get the broken ferrari that is also an eye sore now (not due to me).
