it really doesnt matter what level you are. the $5 off your bill probably wont matter since if youve been a customer this long to become premier im sure you minutes are crazy anyways. if your premier you get the $150 upgrade after a year just call them and ask them. its no longer on the bills. unless they put it on the ones that get mailed out
