This CAB seems to solve a few things.
Better battery (it does seem to take a slight amount of power in standby).
It solves the #777 Popup messages.
It solves the the Hangup issues.
But I noticed the Brain Dead HTC weather didn't update. I suspect it may be 60 seconds is too short so I bumped it 120 seconds.
