I am a totall retard at this and I was able to do it...I used this method because my phone wouldnt do the flash rec way...so try this way....just follow the instructions they are simple and when you type the commands or copy paste hit enter after each one...

oh and use this download for the fresh rom the one they give didnt work on my phone....you will love it my phone does not lag anymore and is fast.....I LOVE it.....
