I'm still talking with a Tech Support Supervisor, and she is just not givin up,
this is what a sent her last via email:
, what will happen if I was to accept and have you send me the same model (another device) again. Then I get to have again tech issues which I know this will happen, do you guys just keeps sendin same model devices until the customer gets tired of calling for the same thing and keep the non working device? she has not replied back and it has been some time since i sent her this message. she is trying to get me to upgrade but i not doing that ....no way... I can chat with her all day if she wants to until she gives up........let wait and see what she replies....
