Are you sending in your phone for repair? Anyway you need to install the coKe 0.40 unlocker, and then re-installing the stock sprint rom. Then most likely you'll have to do *228 to re-authenticate your phone. upon start-up your bootloader should read: spl-2.01.0000 and cpld-3 or something similar. Some ppl don't even revert back to stock when sending in phones for repair or warranty replacement.
Cricket is a carrier like verizon, sprint , etc.
