anyone notice anything strange with checkbox and radio button? like they are not sized right with the Dusk theme (Dusk.tsk)

Anyone else getting this?

this is what my screen looks like:

i got irritated with the screen looking the way it is so i modified the Dusk.tsk file ....to remove the skinning of checkbox
and radiobox .. ...just copy the Dusk.tsk to windows folder and switch the themes to one of Energy then back to Dusk
i see two on mine ...just choose the 2nd one
