It's a Java browser so it won't compare feature wise to Opera unless you are talking about Opera Mini. I used to use Thunderhawk (the predecessor to Bolt) back on PPC 2003 days and it was the best then, but I don't think it's worth it now. Opera covers most of what you'd need and whatever it misses can be usually be handled by Skyfire.
