In some respects maybe, getting set up etc went smooth. I still had a contract with Alltel that hadn't quite run out on my regular cell and instead of being polite to me so I'd switch to sprint, their retention department tried hardline tactics. I had to litterlly get rude to get my credit balance back on that data line. That made my decision to go with Verizon and so far I love them! Cept they need to make sure a bill actually gets mailed & to you Quicker instead of getting it with 5 days to get it back in before their 5buck late fee. But alltel was just as bad with that.
