With something as basic as the camera not functioning, I'd think you'd need to flash to stock and back to correct it.
You could try a different album version though and see if that helps. I'm not on that ROM so I dont know what Album version is currently cooked in. I had different issues with Ablum 3.2 so I installed 3.0 and it fixed it. I've been schooled that the Album can effect camera function.

If that doesnt do it then I'd say the Flashdance is in your future but with new builds on the horizon you may want to wait.
