I'm also trying to solve the "notification enhancement" not working too lol.

EDIT: IE Window on startup is a RunCC issue in HKLM\Init

I'm not sure how RunCC works so the only way I know if to make the IE Window not show up on startup is to remove the RunCC entry from HKLM\Init
