Is it still under warranty? If it is, flash back to stock and re-lock. The same thing has happened to me. They had no problem replacing it with a refurb.

If it's not under warranty anymore, flash back to stock anyway and take it into a store. Sometimes they'll look at a phone regardless.

If all else fails, you could take it apart and find whatever connection was broken, but it's never an easy feat.
