thx
My take...

TP2 pros:

-Bigger HUGE screen... I have a TP1 for AT&T that I am using as my work phone... The TP2's screen DWARFS it... if you get a nice Navigation app, you are sitting pretty... 3.2 inches versus 2.8... it aint even close...

-Beautifully loud speakers... the speaker phone on theses, blows away the speaker phone on any other phone.

-Built in conferencing...

-Wonderfully spaced out keyboard, with nice keys...

-If you get the right rom (Mighty's with Sense UI 2.1 on top of WinMO 6.5) you get a stable, super fast rom...

-3.5 inch Headphone jack, makes life easy...

Pro's for TP

-The Camera is night and day 100x better. I am literally take printable pictures with TP's camera. And the flash is a Godsend... you can get an app and convert that badboy into a flashlight

-The small screen is soooo beautiful with the crisp colors... and sharper pixes because of its size...

-Load NRGZ 6.5 rom with Sense UI 2.5, works like a dream (outside of no landscape). Can't say the same for TP2, because TP2 uses a TON of memory just to be fast, in the pagepool.

-Its nice restarting the phone, and seeing 143 megs of program memory on one of the best ROMS, versus seeing 98 on the TP2 using one of its BEST ROMS....

-Did I mention that the TP2's camera is sooooo horrible. It has a really bad hue, and then it has such bad dithering and color noise in each of the photo's that even on the screen they look horrible. Don't blow them up and send them to a friend, because the look horrible.

-TP1's camera resolution is 20xx by 15xx where as the TP2's is 20xx by 10xx. So yes, the camera as DOWNGRADED...

-Wonderful D-pad...makes navigation ohhhh so much easier. HTC and Microsoft dropped the ball on this one... in the HD2 and the TP2 and Diamond 2...

-Easily accesible Soft Reset button... makes no sense to tuck it under the battery cover, ala Treo 650\750.... just not wise...
