Sometimes this happens after installing new software. Either the software is buggy or perhaps your program or system memory is getting full.

If the latter, you could use the freeware app Process Manager to know what processes and services are running in the background and kill anything that might be causing the problem.

Also try disabling TF3D temporarily just to see if that helps.

Additionally, I've seen instances where network issues somehow caused a big slowdown, so you might try turning on "airplane mode" just to verify that isn't part of the problem.

As an aside - and this doesn't sound like your situation - after finishing a call, I always open up Process Manager and kill the phone app, which usually keeps things from getting gummed up.

Lastly, if you've recently dipped it in milk and have tried to eat it because Sprint made the back of the phone look too much like a candy bar, that could be a factor. J/K
