Sounds like the radio has smoked itself. If you have warranty left, see if they will ship you another one. If you have NO warranty left, try and unlock the device and flash a radio from the radio upgrades thread, and the dumped stock rom from the stock rom thread.

If you're out of warranty, at least you won't make it any worse than it currently is by attempting to unlock and flash.
