Former Alltel ppl... If you're having problems sending or recieving MMS, This worked for me. Using Vins v4. Not sure if it works with other Roms, I'm sure it would. After many hours of searching and trying different things, This is the only thing that finally works for me.
Install the dcd_Alltel_Carrier_20081031, Soft reset, Install LennySh_Alltel_Arcsoft_3.0.26.12c, Soft reset, Finally install LennySh_ArcSoft_5.0.71.33R3_Alltel, Soft reset. Then you're done. MMS away as you please
I have no idea why that combination works, But it does. I would recommend a hard reset before doing this.
