Use a registry editor. Hlkm-local/system/inbox/externalaccounts
If you cant simply rename it there from SMS to SMS.htc
Create a new key
copy the strings exactly how it is in the SMS folder to the SMS.htc
Then delete the SMS folder, but make sure everything is the same. Then soft reset.
